Team Basket 3×3 Novi Sad, from Serbia, with three World Champions from Athens 2012 in the roster, won the second edition of the Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Challenger by Sport Arena Streetball. The International Basketball Federation published the new „Rules of the game” for 3×3 basketball, which will be applied starting the 2013 season. The most significant change regards the ball.
