The International Basketball Federation published the new „Rules of the game” for 3×3 basketball, which will be applied starting the 2013 season. The most significant change regards the ball. Sport Arena UPB is the first Romanian team qualified for the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Final (Miami, 22-23 September), after they finished second at FIBA 3×3 World Tour Istanbul.
