The acrobatic dunkers from Dunking Devils will perform, for the first time in Romania, during the Sport Arena Bucharest Challenger (4-5 august 2012, Bucharest, Romania), the 3×3 basketball tournament, part of the FIBA 3×3 World Tour.
Dunking Devils is one of the most famous groups of this kind from the world, with numerous shows over five continents and more than 25 countries.
The last appearance of the Dunking Devils was in Spain, at the ACB Finals between FC Regal Barcelona and Real Madrid, but their shows are known in United States, Argentine, Columbia, Indonesia, Japan, Egypt, Tunisia and most of the European countries.
Dunking Devils were the stars in many TV Commercials, they were finalists at Slovenians got Talent and appeared in one of the most watched TV Shows from Japan, “Superheroes”.
Sport Arena Bucharest Challenger will reunite, during two days (4-5 august 2012) some of the best European 3×3 basketball teams, together with the best four Romanian teams.
The big pot is 3000 Euros and qualification to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Master Istanbul, the second place will receive 1200 Euros and the third place will cash in 800 Euros.
The competition is organized by Sport Arena Streetball, one of the pioneers of 3×3 basketball competitions in Europe. The Sport Arena Streetball Championship had its 8th season in 2012 and was the host, in the last two years, of European Dunk Contest and World Dunk Contest.
