More than a year and a half after the last event, Sport Arena Streetball, the most popular 3×3 basketball competition in Romania, returns in 2021 with four events. The season will include three regular tournaments and the Final, in which the best teams from each tournament will qualify. All events will take place at the Poli Arena sports facility inside the Politehnica University of Bucharest.
The first tournament will take place on June 19-20. Registrations for the first tournament are made on the official website, 3la3.ro, starting Monday, June 14, at 15.00, within the limit of 100 teams or until Wednesday, June 16, at 23.00.
The fee for the entire 2021 season is worth 100 lei for each player. It is only paid once, at the first registration, and includes the participation kit: the official game jersey, which is mandatory throughout the season, as well as products offered by the competition partners.
Only players who have confirmed payment by the registration deadline, specifying in the payment, the name of the team, will be able to take part in the competition.
Participation at the tournament will be made under the conditions provided by the health regulations in force, both for players and spectators. The access rules can be consulted HERE!
Each participating player accumulates points in the FIBA 3×3 World Ranking. The men’s Open champion from each tournament will receive a prize of 1000 euros, and the best players in the Open, male and female categories will receive a Tissot 3×3 watch. Prizes in the other categories will be offered by the organizers with the support of the competition partners.
