Jose Martin, top scorer at Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Challenger

Jose Martin, from El Palo Peak Malaga was the top scorer of Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Challenger, with a total of 45 points and a record of 21 made shots from beyond the 2 point arc.

Martin scored a record-tying 5 shots from the 2 point line in one game, the semifinal against Make-A-Wish. He powered his team into the big final where, even if he connected for another 4 long distance shots, his team was defeated by Master Belgrade.

The top scorers podium was completed by Ismael Reina, also from Malaga, with 37 points and Virgil Stănescu, from Make-A-Wish Bucharest. The Romanian center was the best scorer from the inside, with 33 shots made.

Master Belgrade proved to have a really balanced offence, with three of its players being among the best scorers. Bogdan Dragovic and Nikola Vukovic finished with 34 points each, while Lazar Rasic had 35. Rasic, the winner of the Shootout Contest, proved his sniper abillities also during the games, with 14 made shots from long distance.
