Sport Arena Streetball, together with the Romanian Basketball Federation, launched a campaign to support the road of 3×3 basketball, from streets, to the Olympic Games.
Prior to the 3×3 EuroTour Wizz Air Sport Arena Streetball, many Romanian sports personalities, former Olympic champions, Olympic medalists or with excellent results in other world stage competitions showed their support for 3×3 basketball, who is trying to became and Olympic discipline this year.
Legends like Gheorghe Hagi, the greatest Romanian footballer of all time, and one of the greatest in the world, Elisabeta Lipa, the most decorated rower in the history of Olympics, Octavian Bellu, the most successful coach in the world (title awarded by World Record Academy) took part in this unique campaign and induced kids and youngsters to play 3×3 basketball.
