15 tournaments in season number 15: Sport Arena Streetball will travel in 11 Romanian cities, from May to October

Friends, fun, music, good vibes, prizes and of course a lot of basketball. 3×3 basketball. The new Sport Arena Streetball season starts this week-end 10-12 May in ParkLake Shopping Center with Superbet 3×3 Challenge.

Three cities will be for the first time part of the 3×3 national tour organized by Sport Arena Streetball, Drobeta Turnu Severin, Satu Mare and Sibiu, while already traditional destinations are still included: Constanta, Iasi, Ploiesti or Timisoara.

The Superbet Tour Final will take place in Constanta, August 17-18, and the winning team of the Open Men tournament will qualify to the FIBA 3×3 World Tour Debrecen.

In total 13 popular events, where everybody can register via play.fiba3x3.com or the official website 3la3.ro and two international events, dedicated to the proffesional players will be organized by Sport Arena Streetball in Romania in 2019.

Of the two international events, one is dedicated to the national teams, the FIBA 3×3 Europe Cup Qualifier in Constanta (29-30 June), while the other is the traditional Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Challenger, who will reach its 8th edition in 2019.

Teams can qualify to the Raiffeisen Bank Bucharest Challenger via direct allocation from FIBA 3×3 World Tour (available to World Tour teams), via various satellite tournaments and while the organizers are putting on the table a number of four wild cards, one on the main draw and three on the Qualifying Draw.

With almost 2000 games during the whole season and an estimated number of 4000 registered players, Sport Arena Streetball is putting on the table a total of 75.000 RON in prize money for the popular tournaments.
