The second day of BCR Sport Arena Streetball 2025<\/strong> started with a challenge: unpredictable weather. But streetball doesn\u2019t stop \u2014 it adapts.
When rain made outdoor play impossible, we quickly relocated the tournament to the gyms of Sf\u00e2ntul Andrei<\/strong> and Adrian P\u0103unescu Middle Schools<\/strong>, ensuring that every scheduled game went on without delay<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Luckily, by 3:00 PM<\/strong>, the sun made a comeback \u2014 and so did the vibe. The basin of Drumul Taberei Park<\/strong> filled once again with players, fans, and the unmistakable sound of basketballs bouncing on court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Courts Full, Crowd Pumped<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Outside the competition courts, all activity zones came back to life instantly \u2014 fans returned to the games, challenges, and energy that make this festival special. Meanwhile, on the courts, things were heating up. The elimination rounds intensified<\/strong>, and not long after play resumed, we saw the first finals of the weekend.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Finals Highlights \u2013 Day 2<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U10 Final<\/strong>
The first title of the day \u2014 and the only one that went to overtime<\/strong> \u2014 saw Team G.O.A.T.<\/strong> edge out Watermelon Squad<\/strong> 6\u20135. Even more impressive? G.O.A.T. played with only three players<\/strong>, all first-timers<\/strong> in a SAS event!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U12 Boys Final<\/strong>
Cavalerii Mingii<\/strong> took the crown 8\u20134 against The Chill Guys<\/strong> \u2014 also with just three players! Their standout? Matei Apriutesei<\/strong>, last year\u2019s U12 national champion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U14 Boys Final<\/strong>
The brilliantly named SKIBIDIENII<\/strong> went undefeated all tournament. Their toughest game? The final \u2014 a solid 14\u20139 win over Prison Break<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U16 Girls Final<\/strong>
Last year\u2019s U14 champions, Raina St\u0103nescu<\/strong> and Irina Mitric<\/strong>, teamed up with Ana Co\u021bovanu<\/strong> and Emma Berbecaru<\/strong> to win again \u2014 this time at U16, with a 6\u20133 victory over P.R.I.M.E.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U18 Boys Final<\/strong>
In a field of 21 teams<\/strong>, Steaua<\/strong> bounced back from an opening overtime loss to Fra\u021bii Voin\u021ba<\/strong> (16\u201314). The rematch came in the final, and this time Steaua claimed revenge and the trophy \u2014 18\u201312.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U21 Girls Final<\/strong>
The team with the longest name \u2014 Sperantamoareultima<\/strong> \u2014 lived up to the moment, defeating Na situa\u021bie<\/strong> 14\u20138.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U12 Boys High-Scoring Final<\/strong>
Only one team hit the 21-point mark<\/strong> in a final today: Bujorii Aurii<\/strong>, who stunned favorites Be le le le<\/strong> in a thrilling 21\u201318 finish. The game started with high intensity and didn\u2019t let up.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

🏆 U21 Boys MVP Moment<\/strong>
After two second-place finishes last season, \u0218tefan Herea<\/strong> finally broke through. He clinched his first U21 title<\/strong> and earned the title of Horizon Rising Star MVP<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
